OWNERSHIP OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK

The purchase of an original artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical piece of art only. Copyright and all associated intellectual property rights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works, remain solely with Rumi Rêvé.

Restrictions on Use

This means that even after purchasing an original artwork the buyer agrees that they must not, without prior written consent from Rumi Rêvé:

• Copy, scan, photograph, or reproduce any artwork
• Print or distribute any artwork in any format
• Use any artwork for commercial or promotional purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any artwork
• Use any artwork for digital, online, or social media reproduction beyond personal viewing

PRINTS, MERCHANDISE, AND LICENSING

Rumi Rêvé reserves the right to produce and sell open edition prints, limited edition prints, merchandise or reproductions of any artwork, including pieces that have been sold as originals. 

• The artwork may still be reproduced by Rumi Rêvé
• It may be used for open edition prints, limited edition prints, merchandise, licensing, or other commercial purposes
• Ownership of the original does not transfer any reproduction or usage rights to the buyer
