I do not offer returns or refunds

I do not reimburse for lost, missing, damaged or stolen packages.

I take great care hand packing every order using high quality packing materials to ensure it's safe arrival to you.  Most packages come with $100 insurance and you have the option to purchase more when checking out. If you do not purchase additional insurance you will not be reimbursed.

Once your package is in possession of the mail carrier, I am no longer liable for it and any claims must be made directly through the mail carrier.
